How We Make Our Coloring Pages
Our coloring pages are created with AI-assisted image tools from our own prompts. Every sheet then passes an automatic print check before it is published. Here is the whole process.

1. We plan each collection
Each collection starts from a subject families and teachers look for, such as a season, a holiday, an animal or a vehicle. Every collection has 6 to 12 sheets across three levels (easy, medium and detailed), so there is something for younger and older kids.
2. Illustrated with AI-assisted tools, from our own prompts
Our illustrations are created with AI-assisted image tools. Every sheet starts from our own prompt: the subject, the scene, how simple or detailed it should be, and the rules every coloring page must follow (black outlines on white, no color, no shading or grey fills). We never ask for trademarked characters, brands or logos.
3. An automatic print check
Every sheet goes through an automatic print check that rejects anything with color, grey fills or large black areas, so it prints cleanly on a home printer. Sheets that fail are made again. Every prompt also carries our kid-safe rules: friendly faces, no weapons, nothing scary or gory, and no brands or trademarked characters.
4. Three levels for different ages
- Easy (ages 3-5): big shapes and thick lines for chunky crayons.
- Medium (ages 5-7): a few more details and small scenes.
- Detailed (ages 7-10): finer patterns and busier scenes for patient colorers.
5. Made to print
Every sheet has a Print button and its own one-page PDF in both US Letter and A4, and every collection has a Print all pages button. Each PDF has a thin coloringpagesforkids.com line under the drawing, so a printed page can always be traced back to us.
6. Tell us when something is wrong
If you spot a mistake, a line that does not close, or anything that does not feel right for kids, email us through the contact page. We will fix or remove the page.
