Frequently Asked Questions
Printing
How do I print a coloring page?
Press Print under the sheet you want: a page with just that sheet opens along with the print dialog. Choose “Fit to page” for the best result. To print a whole collection, use Print all pages.
What paper size should I use?
Every sheet has its own one-page PDF in both US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4, and the Print button fits either size. Plain printer paper works well for crayons and colored pencils; thicker paper is best for markers and paint.
Can I download a coloring page as a PDF?
Yes. Every sheet has a Download PDF button for US Letter and a link for A4. Each PDF is one page with one sheet.
Using the pages
Are the coloring pages on Coloring Pages for Kids really free?
Yes. Every coloring page is free to print for personal, family and classroom use. There is no account, no sign-up and nothing to buy.
Can I use the pages in my classroom?
Yes. Teachers may print as many copies as their class needs and may share a sheet’s PDF with their own students inside a private class space. Schools, libraries, homeschool groups and therapy or hospital activities are welcome too. For anything public, please share the link rather than the file.
What is not allowed?
Please don’t sell the pages, re-host the images or PDFs on another website or app, or put them in anything you sell. Sharing a link is always welcome. Our license has the details.
Coloring tips
Which pages are best for younger kids?
Look for the Easy badge (ages 3-5): big shapes and thick outlines. Medium sheets suit ages 5-7 and Detailed sheets ages 7-10.
What should my child color with?
Crayons and colored pencils are great for all ages. Washable markers give bright colors; use thicker paper so they do not bleed through.
About the pages
Who makes the coloring pages?
Our illustrations are created with AI-assisted tools from our own prompts. Every sheet passes an automatic print check before it is published, and we fix or remove any page a reader reports. See how we make our coloring pages.
How often are new pages added?
Every week. Seasonal pages are published ahead of each season, and themes that are still empty will fill up over the coming weeks.
Can I suggest a coloring page?
Yes. Email us through the contact page with your idea (kids: please ask a grown-up to write for you). We can’t promise to make every idea, but suggestions help us choose what to make next.
